  • Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on your location. Generally, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Methods

International Shipping

  • Availability: We currently ship to the following countries: USA, South Korea, Canada, Mexico.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: BrownPea Health is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or lost, please contact our customer service team at store@brownpea.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Damages

BrownPea Health is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund for the canceled item(s).
